Its Scotts Super Turf Builder Winterguard +2 Fertilizer. You can get it at Ace hardware. We put it down mid August last year. the seeds are scotts high traffic mixed with their low maintiance seeds. Every spring we sprinkle a 20 lbs bag over the lawn when it frist starts to turn green. We water it about 30 minutes every other day too. It took about 3 years now, but they are no holes or dead spots now. I love a full bright green yard.
