Blogger Roll :)!

WOW! Im really proud of myself. I have been on a blogging roll for awhile now! I just hope Im not boring any of you. Well I have a few things to share with you all. First of all the layout below is for the challenge over at pagemaps. Becky gave us this sketch to help us out.

And here is my take on it. Im trying to catch up on Samantha's first year photos. Im so far behind now.

Well, Im trying to better myself and the world, by recycling what I can. So far we have been saving cans and the money we get from that will be going into the kids piggy banks. Which they dont know, so SHHH! Dont tell them...lol! While cooking and using the small tomatoe sauce cans my creative mind went a wondering! Below is a photo of the before look and of course after it was wash :P!

Now this is what it looks like after I got my hands on the little can. I took Joey's drill to make two small holes in the top to thread my ribbon through. Used black cardstock to cover can and top. Then used a Martha Stewart white marker to write and doodle all over. Added some more ribbons and a small tag and "WA LA!" Now all I have to do is fill it up with some candy, floating candles, or even a gift card (if one fits) to the teacher store.


I really like how this can came out so Im going to make more for Christmas and have my boys help me get some ready for their class and teachers....lets see 17+19+2=38! I guess I better start cooking meals with tomatoe sauce cans.....lol
